You'll find that there are many different types of carving templates, too, so if you want to use the traditional goblins and jack 'o lanterns lining the porch steps, or you're seeking a more sophisticated edge, you can create just about any look you want.

Let the kids help you to design the pumpkins and don't forget to give the insides some time to dry a bit before you add a tea light to them.

Take it indoors
